If you are a smaller congregation working with a tight budget, you might consider partnering up with other churches in your region to participate in a larger event. You may also consider a virtual option, which is offered at a lower price.
Besides Ellen’s speaking fee (dependent on how many classes you choose), the host is also responsible for Ellen’s travel and accommodation fees. Including hotel, flight, rental car, per diem, etc. Please reach out for more information.
Once your speaking dates and class choices have been confirmed, we are happy to schedule a 30-minute conference call if you’d like to brainstorm ideas for how Ellen can custom-tailor her presentation(s) to meet your needs.
Ellen will have PowerPoint slides to share during her classes and will need a projector and screen set up to share them. She can send the slides prior to the event so that your A/V team can format them to their specifications. Ellen will need a way to advance through the slides during the class(es). She will also need a microphone and stand/podium.
Yes, you can record Ellen’s in-person classes and share it with registered participants and/or the individuals within your organization. You may not post the recordings in any public format. If you book a virtual training, it will be available for 30 days after the event date for individuals who were not able to attend the original event.
Ellen is unable to preach to your congregation and she is unable to teach during a formal worship assembly. However, she is happy to share her testimony during a part of your worship service. Her testimony can be shared in 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 20 minutes to fit your service’s needs.
