Hi, I’m Ellen—a licensed therapist and pastoral counselor—and I know what it feels like to wrestle with faith, relationships, and life’s hardest questions.

Over the years, I’ve become a safe space for people who feel like they have nowhere else to turn—people who need to be fully seen and truly understood.

Because when we are truly seen and known, we begin to see ourselves more clearly. And that clarity leads to deeper, more meaningful connections—with God, with ourselves, and with others.

I believe in both conviction and compassion—because God is a God of both. Healing comes through honest reflection, deep grace, and truth spoken with love.
